We've seen the news and heard the stories.

Towards the end of June 2017, 10 female founders running their own startups in cities around the world, came together as FairFunders to examine a solution to the problem the world was seeing where founders, feeling unheard by VC executives and HR departments were resorting to the press to get their voices heard. Investors, in response, heavily accused of mistreatment and harassment were backing away from funding activities with diverse and female founders.

We continue to see deep seated problems escalate in private with select cases going public and are committed to fostering communication in the funding industry at large by creating a platform that encourages transparency, inclusion, diversity and integrity in the funding industry.

This is a private, invite-only, 1 hour online session, where VCs/Industry Experts who are supportive of transparency come together with diverse founders and collectively have a voice in building best practice.
